SPA GUIDELINES
- • We suggest you schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time.
- • If you are not a guest of the hotel, credit card information is required to secure your appointment.
- • Please notify the spa reservations agent if you have special physical or medical conditions.
- • If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened so the next guest will not be delayed.
- • Cancellations and appointment changes must be made at least six hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the treatment price.
- • No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.
