SPA GUIDELINES
- • We recommend that reservations are made 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- • We request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, otherwise a 25 percent cancellation fee will be charged. Less than four hours notice could incur a 50 percent cancellation fee.
