Start creating your online planning tool by selecting the level of experience that best suits you:
*Professional Planner for conferences, meetings or conventions with function space and guest rooms
*Occasional Planner for a guided planning process personalized to the event of your choice: small meetings, social events, tour/travel groups, and sports teams

Your search will provide a list of hotels with detailed specifics for each hotel, including number of guest rooms, number of meeting rooms, total area of meeting space, and meeting capacities.
*Need more information about a hotel? – Click on the hotel name
*Found the hotel/s you are interested in? – Click in the "Add to RFP" box and then proceed to the "Request For Proposal" step.

After you select the hotels you are interested in, it's time to fill out an online Request For Proposal with your meeting or event requirements (dates, guest room requirements, meeting/function space requirements, food and beverage needs, etc.) Review and Submit the Request For Proposal and within 24 hours we will contact you regarding your request.
