Theo Randall at The InterContinental is the hotel’s destination restaurant and the chef’s first independent venture. Theo recently won “Italian Restaurant of the Year” at the London Restaurant Awards, a testament to his fine regional Italian cuisine with an emphasis on seasonality and daily changing menus. Expect regional dishes such as Sogliola and Ravioli di Erbette, as well as a large display of antipasti and dishes designed to share. Complementing Theo Randall is Cookbook Café, a casual, interactive venue where aspiring chefs and sommeliers showcase their culinary talents, and guests can experience wine and food tastings, book launches, cocktail master classes and cooking demonstrations.
