Planners can select from a Menu that brings authentic flavours and personalised choices to delegates. Our Local Origins menu options include regional dishes or specialised local ingredients for which the destination is known. Alternatively our World Kitchen menu options leverage our global know-how to create authentic dishes from around the world.
For all of our menus, we source ingredients locally where possible, with the emphasis on fresh and natural produce.
