Café du Parc’s classic bistro cuisine has more than a slight French accent. Chef Antoine Westermann, a top Michelin-starred chef, closely supervises the menu to make sure his vision of French fare adapted to American tastes is fulfilled in every dish. His creations include Le Pâte en Croûte Façon Antoine Westermann, Les Quenelles de Brochet (Pike Dumplings) and Les Paupiettes de Veau (Stuffed Veal Fillet Bundles).
