Cascade Café

The open kitchen in Cascade Café is abuzz with activity starting with early-morning breakfast and continuing through the midnight snack hour. Dinner is a special treat, featuring lavish themed buffets of Italian, Asian and other international flavours. To keep things interesting, the chefs change the buffet menu every two months using the freshest foods from the region. Particular favourites are the Special Beef Curry with Rice and the sizzling, oven-baked pizzas.

Unkai Japanese Restaurant

More than a Japanese meal, dining in Unkai is an authentic Japanese experience where the food, the presentation and the atmosphere are equally important. With views of a Japanese garden filled with lush plant-life and seasonal flowers, traditional Kaiseki cuisine is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the breakfast menu is the popular Unkai Teishoku, consisting of eight individual small dishes including a cooked or broiled item, miso soup and a choice of rice porridge or white rice.

Akasaka

Teppanyaki may well become your Japanese cuisine of choice after sampling the fare in Akasaka. Using an iron griddle and amazing knife skills, the chefs prepare top-grade beef, seafood, chicken and vegetables for lunch and dinner. The Premium-Quality Japanese Beef Steak – so tender you won’t need a knife – should be eaten without any seasonings, to allow the genuine beef taste to come through.

Aburi

Western-style cooking comes to Tokyo in the form of Aburi, a somewhat casual restaurant known for charcoal-grilled meats, seafood and vegetables. Enticing aromas waft from the open kitchen at lunch and dinner as the chefs grill your selections to order. If you need help deciding, they may suggest the Roasted Australian Lamb Chops, which are served with your choice of five individual sauces.

Italo-Provence Dining

Italo-Provence Dining looked to New York for its contemporary setting, but the menu speaks pure French and Italian. Olives, vinegars, vegetables and herbs from the Provence region of southern France and northern Italy season traditional dishes for casual lunches and more formal dinners. The artistically presented dishes are accompanied by a nice selection of wines and champagnes.
