The open kitchen in Cascade Café is abuzz with activity starting with early-morning breakfast and continuing through the midnight snack hour. Dinner is a special treat, featuring lavish themed buffets of Italian, Asian and other international flavours. To keep things interesting, the chefs change the buffet menu every two months using the freshest foods from the region. Particular favourites are the Special Beef Curry with Rice and the sizzling, oven-baked pizzas.
