You’ll arrive in the south of France via Tokyo in La Provence, our elegant fine-dining restaurant. Classic French dishes such as our signature Bouillabaisse are served for lunch and dinner, accompanied by the perfect wine from a varied list. Every two months, a wine seminar and winemaker’s dinner with the winery owner offers a nice change of pace for an evening out. La Provence is available for weddings and other private parties on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
A lift ride to the first floor is all it takes to reach the Blue Veranda, an easy choice for breakfast, lunch or a casual dinner. There are always lots of fresh selections on the lavish international buffet, or you can choose to go à la carte with local and regional specialties such as sushi, barbecued seafood and beef, tempura, curry and paella.
You’ll sense the chef’s passion for creative Japanese cuisine the moment you arrive in Waketokuyama. He changes the menu every month to take advantage of the season’s best and most flavoursome ingredients, and he presents each dish with an inspired artist’s touch. You’re invited to sit at the counter and chat as he prepares specialties such as Grilled Abalone to your specifications.
Part bar, part restaurant, C4U can tell when you just want to enjoy a quiet meal or when you’re in the mood for the big game on our 10 television screens. The atmosphere is always casual and friendly, but never too lively for conversation or relaxing alone with your favourite libation. As for the food, C4U keeps it simple with an all-American menu for lunch and dinner.
