The hotel’s overwater gourmet restaurant, Le Lotus, is located in a dream-like setting near the sand-bottom swimming pool, revealing a beautiful view of Moorea. In this elegant and intimate atmosphere, guests can enjoy our gourmet menus and Marc Haeberlin specialties, rated three stars by the Michelin guide. Open daily for lunch and dinner (except sunday evening). * The restaurant will be closed from January 9th 2012 to Monday February 6th 2012, for annual repairs and maintenance.

The "Tiare" with its open show kitchen is the heart of the ground floor level of the hotel, looking out over the stage, infinity pool and waterfalls and the spectacular silhouette of the mountains of Moorea. The decor style is authentically Tahitian and it's here that the dinner shows take place on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The menu is extensive and the ranges are from light snacks and healthy salads to fresh fish specialities and specially selected meats from New Zealand.
