The Tiare Restaurant is the heart of the hotel, offering all-day dining, renowned dinner shows, authentic Tahitian ambiance and second-to-none views of the pool, waterfalls and mountains over Moorea. The open kitchen stays busy creating light snacks, healthy salads, fresh fish specialties and specially selected meats from New Zealand. On show nights, guests fill amphitheatre-style seating to watch traditional dance performances at the water’s edge.
Tucked away in a secluded spot at the far end of the resort is Le Lotus Restaurant, an overwater classic known for its gourmet and degustation menus (chef-selected tasting menu). An association with the Michelin-rated L'Auberge de l'Ill has inspired dishes such as La Palette du Lotus with Mi-cuit of Foie Gras and Swordfish with Avocado Gaspacho and Polynesian Shell Tartare. Fine French wines, soft piano music and a location on the lagoon make this the most romantic setting on the island.
