Like the pages of a fascinating travel journal, the menu in La Llovizna captures the essence of a different continent every night. Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and the Americas are all represented in a variety of dishes prepared to the chef’s exacting standards. Local specialties such as lau lau fish from the Orinoco Delta are also featured in La Llovizna’s quiet atmosphere.
El Bohio is a poolside oasis offering a refreshing selection of snacks and tropical drinks. From mid-morning until 6:00 pm, guests venture out to bask in Guayana’s warm sunshine while enjoying light bites and the sounds of a live musical combo. A particularly good choice is the Drizzle, a local cocktail named after the shimmering veil of water that emanates from neighbouring Llovizna Falls.
La Brasserie is our elegantly casual restaurant, situated to take advantage of the view of the Caroní River. Breakfast is served à la carte or from the buffet, and the lunch menu features such favourites as lau lau with fish, beef or chicken. The dessert table, always laden with at least five tempting treats, is the perfect ending to lunch or the lavish Sunday brunch.
