Signatures Veranda Restaurant is the epitome of modern German cuisine. The menu changes every three months to offer favourites such as Fried Asparagus Slices with Seasonal Vegetables, Morels and Frankfurt Herb Sauce; and Rhubarb Crème with Marinated Strawberries, Buttermilk Ice Cream and Yogurt Sauce. From Monday through to Thursday, filet and other temptations from the steak bar are prepared live in the show kitchen. On Fridays, the fish bar is loaded with swordfish, whitefish and other fresh catches.
