From April to October, The Carlton Beach Restaurant lures locals, hotel guests, shoppers and celebrities onto the bay-view terrace for lunch. On the Provençal buffet is a sumptuous presentation of fresh local vegetables and traditional French specialties including pissaladières (pizza-like tarts). An equally tempting à la carte menu is also offered.
