The Med takes you on a tour of the Mediterranean with exquisite dishes from Morocco, Spain, Italy, Greece and Lebanon. Marco Polo’s famous voyages from Europe to China along the Silk Road inspired our fine dining restaurant’s Asian décor as well as its exotic menu. Rich Indian and Chinese cuisine is prepared in the open kitchen and served at dinner nightly and at lunch on weekends. Among the chef’s recommendations are the Chinese Spring Rolls, the Traditional Chicken Biryani and the Stir-Fried Chicken.

The Lebanese food is excellent, and the Oriental atmosphere, traditional tent ceiling and Arabic hollowware plates underline the authenticity. The à la carte menu offers favourites such as the Oriental Salad, the Shish Taouk, the Al Bustan Burger and, of course, the famous Lebanese Mezzeh. A lush garden is open for al fresco dining or enjoying the flavours of the hubbly-bubbly.

You don’t have to be a pastry connoisseur to appreciate the sweet indulgences in Café Elite. This friendly café and gourmet pastry shop on the lobby level offers freshly baked Danishes, muffins, croissants, cookies and sandwiches, with any item as well as whole cakes available for takeaway. If you have trouble deciding, the Tiramisu, Fudge Brownie and Lemon Tart are can’t-miss recommendations.
