A lavish breakfast bar is presented in the morning, followed by lunch and dinner buffets featuring local produce, an extensive selection of fresh seafood and crustaceans, seasonal dishes and desserts. A full à la carte and grill menu is available, and on Friday and Saturday evenings, the chef prepares soft shell crab, black bean squid and roasted whole snapper before your eyes at a live cooking station.
