In an Italian Renaissance setting inspired by the master himself, Da Vinci serves a sophisticated selection of spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic “mocktails”. More than 300 liqueurs from around the world are also offered in the third-floor bar, where hotel guests, local businesspeople and dignitaries gather to unwind from the day or whet their appetites for an evening on the town.
The very centre of the hotel is an appropriate location for the Atrium Lounge, the perfect place to meet business associates, gather with friends or catch a few minutes of well-deserved solitude. There are seven kinds of Chinese tea to choose from, and if you come in the afternoon, you’ll want to try the Afternoon Tea Set, which includes a sandwich, a scone, cake and your choice of tea.
As you’d expect, the Champagne Bar specialises in the white sparkling wine affectionately known as “bubbly”. Located on the third floor above the atrium lobby, this popular spot uses seasonal fruits to create Champagne Fruits, and mango, raspberry and pear sorbets to create Champagne Sorbets, the bar’s specialty cocktail. At noon, the One-Plate Lunch features seasonal vegetables with pasta or risotto, and dessert on the side.
