The Cadier Bar was named for Régis Cadier, the hotel’s founder who, from the beginning, wanted it to be a haven for lovers of good food and wine. The bar fulfils his mission with award-winning drinks, an extensive wine and champagne list and a food menu offering four dish sizes to please any size appetite.
