Soft piano music, the tinkling of ice and the murmur of relaxed conversation are the sounds you’ll hear coming from the Carob Lounge, a comfortable gathering place just off the lobby. Coffee, tea, light snacks, cocktails and cigars from around the world are just right for lazy mornings, afternoon pick-me-ups and late-night rendezvous. Cyrup, our resident band, provides live entertainment Tuesday to Saturday.

Each evening, the aptly named Sunset Bar provides the island’s most amazing views of the sun as it slips beneath the horizon. Located on a terrace often called the hotel’s most romantic spot, the bar serves refreshing apéritifs, cocktails and occasional live music. Spicy “Latin Nights” on Fridays feature a live DJ, cool mojitos and Latin dancers moving to a rhythmic salsa beat.
