XO Bar knows cognac, as evidenced by its collection of more than 69 varieties—the largest of any bar in the United States. Even its name is taken from Hennessy eXtra Old, created in 1870 for the family’s personal use. When you’re ready to splurge, the bartender will prepare XO’s most famous cocktail: Le Reve de Anges (the drink of angels), made with Hennessy Ellipse, a dash of Chambord and topped with Dom Perignon.

As soon as you step into the Lobby Lounge, you feel the pace slow down and a sense of relaxation takes over. This quietly elegant gathering place is comfortable for informal business meetings, taking a break from shopping or getting in the mood for a night on the town. Cocktails, wines and a light bar menu are offered all day and into the late evening.
