If this is your first visit, take the double-decker Tapatio tour bus, it stops right outside the hotel. The bus will take you downtown to the Cathedral and the old city centre. The best time to visit this part of town is in the morning while it is still fresh and not too crowded. Get off and walk around taking pictures, three of the best museums are here. While you are walking around the Plaza Tapatia try the local nieves (sorbets), I suggest the vanilla. Once you have seen all that you want to and have taken photos of the incredibly beautiful architecture, hop back on the tour bus and return to the hotel to prepare for an afternoon of adventure. Around the hote find banks, pharmacies, bookstores, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, bars and all the facilities that a traveler needs. At the hotel we offer you special tour to Tequila Ville, where you will learn the manufacturing process of tequila among the agave fields.
Stroll along the cobblestone streets in the nearby town of Tlaquepaque. This quaint town is a must-see, the place for open-air markets (tianguis) and great little shops with inexpensive, good-quality Mexican crafts and souvenirs. Sip the best margarita around at El Adobe, sitting in a lovely art-gallery atmosphere where you are served by the renowned chef and owner, Margarita Pulido.

Guadalajara comes alive at night on Avenida Lopez Cotilla (a few blocks down from Centro Magno) where you will find clusters of outdoor cafes, dimly lit bars and tiny terraces where you can sit back, sip a drink and enjoy the evening air. Then visit a famous Cuban restaurant for dinner. I suggest La Bodeguita del Medio: it is nearby and they have live Cuban music on the terraces every night until late. Around the hote find casinos, bars, pharmacies, bookstores, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, and all the facilities that a traveler needs to enjoy a Mexican night.
