Preakness Celebration
Baltimore celebrates all week long for the annual running of the Preakness Stakes, the second leg of horse racing's prestigious Triple Crown, at Pimlico Race Course. The famed 'Match of the Country' between War Admiral and Seabiscuit took place at Pimlico in 1938.
Television
The NBC drama "Homicide" was filmed in the Fells Point neighborhood in Baltimore. Baltimore was also home to HBO's "The Wire" and filmed throughout the city.

Bring comfortable walking shoes. Most things to see and do are within walking distance of the hotel.
