Azur, French restaurant serves the finest French cuisine this side of Europe. Classic dishes are created with the freshest ingredients, garnished with the chef’s original touch and augmented with the sommelier’s vintage wines and champagnes. Á la carte dishes and special seasonal menus can be enjoyed in the azure and beige coloured dining room or the private salon. KARYU, Chinease restaurant offerstraditional favorites such as shark fin and Peking duck are offered along with modern Chinese cuisine featuring ingredients and preparation infused with creativity. The delicious cuisine is enhanced by the panoramic view from the hotel's top floor. The menu offers a la carte selections as well as prix fixe courses. As soon as you see the spectacular bay views, you’ll know why we chose La Vela, the Italian word for “sail,” as the name of our relaxed grill. La Vela Italian Grill emphasizes its tantalizingly delicious grilled, sauteed, and roasted ingredients. We picked the brightest spot in the hotel for the Ocean Terrace – a cheery buffet restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The huge picture window facing the harbour creates an airy and casual feel by day, a romantic ambiance at night and the sense of dining on a bay side terrace at every meal. No matter what you’re in the mood for, you’ll find it among the eclectic mix of flavours on the lavish spread. Feel the rhythm of the bay as you relax in this floating restaurant, Pier 21. NADAMAN

With a history of over 160 years, Nadaman cuisine is served with proud tradition. Nadaman's delectable Japanese dishes are augmented by a spectaclar view of the Yokohama harbor. There are three restaurants within Nadaman: Nadaman for traditional fare, Shimizu for sushi, and Takehana Tei for iron-grilled Teppan steak. For lunch as well as for dinner, Nadaman is an ideal venue for socializing and fine dining.
