A fitnesss instructor will weave into your programme for refreshing and stimulating 5 minute stretcher exercise to rejuvenate the delegates. This breaks consist of a selection of health sandwich options, assorted fruit platters, assorted fruit juices with coffee, tea and herbal infusions
