Large Shrimp sauteed in a garlic white wine garlic sauce tossed with asparagus, tomatoes, and fresh basil over Angel Hair Pasta served with garlic toast points.
Mesquite Seared Salmon
7 oz. Atlantic Salmon filet seared with mesquite seasoning and served over Parmesan-mashed potatoes on a bed of warm spinach, tossed with red onions and smoked bacon. Drizzled with a raspberry balsamic reduction.
