Breakfast Buffet
Assorted chilled juices, seasonal fresh fruit compote, freshly scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, country sausage, crisp bacon strips, biscuits and sausage gravy, danish, muffins, breakfast breads, coffee, decaf & tea.
Breakfast Melt
Cinnamon custard peaches. Scrambled eggs and canadian bacon on bagel halves with onion and green pepper, served with Chef's choice of potatoes.

Dinner Menu
Executive Dinner Duet
Filet of beef au privre and jumbo lump Maryland crab cake served with chairman salad(sweet boston bibb lettuce mixed with fresh grapefruit sections, sharp cheddar, roma tomatoes, crispy noodles and cabernet vinaigrette. Compliments include fresh herb steamed potatoes, sugar snap peas with julienne carrots, upgraded dessert selections.
Chicken Francaise
Sauteed boneless breast of chicken stuffed with boursin cheese, topped with a white wine veloute garnished with leeks and carrots and served with garden rice pilaf. Includes choice between 4 salads, beverages, rolls & butter and choice of one of six scrumptous desserts.
The Plaza Dinner Buffet
Tossed salad with assorted relishes and dressings, house style caesar salad, italian antipasto display, choice of 2 entrees to include baked Atlantic salmon with walnut cream sauce or Cajun shiimp and chicken fettuccine alfredo, assorted rolls & butter, chef's choice of starch and vegetables and a three choice dessert buffet to end the delightful meal. Beverages are also included.

Lunch Menu
Turkey Focaccia Sandwich
Thinly sliced turkey piled on focaccia bread with provolone, cucumber, tomato and sweet basil salsa, served with pasta salad, beverage and dessert.
Roasted Pork Loin
Crusted with a fresh herb and mustard blend, it is then slow roasted and touched with red onion marmalade and served with roasted new potatoes. Salad, beverages and desserts are served with meal.
Midwestern Buffet
Tossed salad, creamy cole slaw and country potato salad, southern fried chicken, beef barbecue, pork chop with mushroom gravy, oven roasted new potatoes and green beans with corn and red peppers. Assorted rolls and butter, coffee, decaf, tea and dessert trays served tableside.
