Fried and scrambled eggs, back bacon, pork and Cumberland sausages, tomatoes, baked beans, button mushrooms, black pudding and hash browns. Tea and coffee.

Menu selection of smoked kippers and smoked haddock, various omelettes, pancakes and waffles cooked to order.

Silks Restaurant Dinner
Our steaks are succulent and grilled to your liking served with french fries, grilled flat mushroom rocket and chips. Choose from a selection of freshly cooked starters and mains courses followed by one of our delicious desserts.

Fish
Scented Supreme of Salmon with slow roasted vegetables and tomato fondue. Whole Grilled Lemon Sole with grilled tomoato lemon and sauteed potatoes.

Samples from the Main Courses
Pan fried duck breast with sauteed potatoes and black cherry sauce. Glamorgan Sausages with Caerphilly cheese, leeks, sage with dijon mustard mash served with lightly spiced tomato sauce.

Silks Soups & Sandwiches
Freshly prepared soup of the day, selection of sandwiches served on either white or wholemeal bloomer bread, tortilla wrap or baguette with crisps and dressed salad.

Silks Salads and Light Bites
Jacket potatoes served with tempting fillings. Caesar salad served with either chicken breast or a grilled salmon steak. Chef's omelette, with a choice of fillings, ham, cheese or mushroom served with a salad.

Home from Home
Deep Fried Plaice Tempura with fat chips and tartare sauce. Steak Mushroom & Ale Pie fine beans and Jenga chips. Braised Lamb Shank mashed potato and stock pot vegetables. Create your own pasta, served with a creamy or a tomato and herb sauce. Choose 3 from the following toppings, chicken, prawns, bacon, onions, mushrooms, peppers and cheese.
