Borders Restaurant Buffet Breakfast
Come and enjoy a Full English Breakfast in our Borders Restaurant. Opening hours as follows: Monday - Friday 0630 - 0930 Saturday and Sunday 0730 - 1030 We can cater for any special dietary requirements too, so if you have any please call before you arrive so we can arrange to supply them for you.

Restaurant Carvery Dinner
Residential or late conferences are able to book for a carvery dinner in our Borders Restaurant, with an option of one, two or three courses available. The restaurant is located on the Ground floor of the hotel and is open between 18:30pm and 21:30pm.

Lunch Menu
Restaurant/Working Buffet
A two course self service hot buffet lunch served in our Borders Restaurant, which is located on the Ground Floor of the hotel and easily accessible to all. The restaurant can seat up to 100 guests at one time. The lunch consists of 3 options one being vegetarian and a selection of deserts. Opening times are between 12.30pm and 14.00pm. Call our dedicated Sales team at the hotel for further details on how to book of if you have any special requirements.
Finger Buffet
Our experienced Chefs are able to prepare for you a finger buffet which is served in the meeting room or in our Borders Restaurant. The menu consists of a variety of hot and cold buffet items of which you can choose a selection. Menus will be sent out to you upon confirmation of your booking.
