The resort has natural beauty lakes and mountains. The rooms are large and spacious with outstanding views of the lake complete with swans, geese and ducks. The gardens and ponds are picture-perfect and everything is spotless. The staff is very courteous and will go out of their way to help you in anyway necessary. The resort has a shuttle bus that will take you to and from West Lake in Hangzhou.
