Theo Randall at The InterContinental Bar has the same attitude as the adjoining restaurant: fun, relaxed and without pretense. The décor is as smart as the menu, and locals as well as hotel guests can be seen sipping drinks with friends and business associates. Among the bar’s specialty cocktails are the Bellini, made with sumptuous white peaches and Prosecco; and the Rossini, a divine combination of pressed strawberries and Prosecco.
