PARTICIPATION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND WHO HAVE ACHIEVED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE STATE OF RESIDENCE, AND A PRIORITY CLUB® REWARDS MEMBER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS, RULES, OR REGULATIONS.

A. Sweepstakes Entry: The Staybridge Suites Backyard BBQ Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 15, 2008, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 3, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).

During the Entry Period, eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes online by completing the online registration process at www.staybridge.com/bbq. You must be a Priority Club Rewards member to complete the online registration. Membership in the Priority Club Rewards program is free and can be completed online at www.priorityclub.com by clicking on the link to “Join Now” and complete the Priority Club Rewards registration process.

1. Upon completion of the registration process, to enter Sweepstakes online, participants must stay at a Staybridge Suites Hotel in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec) AND pay for such stay with an eligible Visa credit or charge card. You will receive one (1) entry for each night you stay at a Staybridge Suites Hotel AND pay for your stay with an eligible Visa credit or charge card. While registering online for the Sweepstakes, eligible participants must, provide their eligible Priority Club Rewards account number, e-mail address, and date of birth to complete the online registration process.
2. For free method of entry, you may enter via mail by hand printing your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), and Priority Club Rewards account number on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper or postcard and mailing your entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: Interactive Engagement, Attn: The Staybridge Suites Backyard BBQ Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 3393, Duluth, GA 30096. Entries sent by mail must be postmarked by September 3, 2008 and received by September 13, 2008. Each entry must be sent in a separate outer mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or computer-generated entries allowed. Each mailed entry will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits more than the maximum allowed entries.

All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In case of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

B. Sweepstakes Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”), fifty (50) First Prize winners (the “First Prize Winners”), Five (5) Second Prize winners (the “Second Prize Winners”) and one hundred (100) Third Prize winners (the “Third Prize Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 1, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The random drawing to determine the potential winners will be conducted by an independent agency whose decisions are final and binding. Potential Sweepstakes winners will be notified by Sponsor or its agents by U.S. mail, delivery service, phone, or e-mail via the information provided during registration in the Sweepstakes, at the discretion of the Sponsor, and will be required within seven (7) days of attempted delivery to verify eligibility. If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner fails to timely return any required documents, or in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules or any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and an alternate potential winner will be selected from eligible entries. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

For Residents of Canada Only: Before being declared a winner of any prize in the Contest, Winners will be required to correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or in such other manner as the Sponsor in its discretion may determine. If a potential winner from Canada can not be contact and the skill test administered within three (3) days of notification or the question is not correctly answered, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

C. Winners List Request: You can request a winners list by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by December 31, 2008 to: Interactive Engagement, Attn: The Staybridge Suites Backyard BBQ Sweepstakes Winners List, P.O. Box 1048, Duluth, GA 30096.

D. Prizes, Approximate Retail Values (ARVs), and Odds of Winning:

One (1) Grand Prize: The “Grand Prize” consists of the Ultimate Backyard BBQ party hosted by a celebrity chef, selected by Sponsor, in your home for you and fifteen (15) of your closest friends. Included in the Grand Prize is a catered party at the winner's home between October 15, 2008 and August 31, 2009, Total ARV of Grand Prize is $20,000. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, transportation costs, taxes, and tips are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Ultimate Backyard BBQ party must occur during the time period scheduled by Sponsor. Reservations for the Ultimate Backyard BBQ party must be made through Sponsor's agent. Blackout periods and other restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Winner agrees to complete and sign a consent to publicity (where permitted by law), a liability waiver, and release form as well as all applicable federal tax forms. Ultimate Backyard BBQ party Guests must sign a consent to publicity (where permitted by law), liability waiver, and release form prior to attending the Ultimate Backyard BBQ party. Winner and all participants in the Ultimate Backyard BBQ party agree to observe all Federal, state, and/or local laws, rules or regulations as a condition of participating in the Ultimate Backyard BBQ. If the Ultimate Backyard BBQ party is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor's sole responsibility to the Winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the Ultimate Backyard BBQ party, and no substitution will be provided for any unawarded portion of the Ultimate Backyard BBQ party. No substitutions or transfers of Grand Prize permitted, except at Sponsor's sole and exclusive discretion. Grand Prize may not be exchanged for cash.

Fifty (50) First Prizes: Each “First Prize” consists of 20,000 Priority Club Points. ARV: $200

Five (5) Second Prizes: Each “Second Prize” consists of a BBQ Grill. ARV: $100

One Hundred (100) Third Prizes: Each “Third Prize” consists of a $50 Visa Gift Card. ARV: $50

Actual odds of winning any Prize will depend on total number of eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. Total ARV of all prizes: $35,500. No transfers, substitutions, or cash equivalent of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. A prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All prize details not specified will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All prizes are awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of Second or Third Prizes. Priority Rewards Points will be deposited to each winner’s membership account within 4-6 weeks. Limit one Prize per email address, person, and Priority Club Rewards Membership Number. E. Eligibility: PARTICIPATION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR AND A PRIORITY CLUB REWARDS MEMBER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS, RULES, OR REGULATIONS. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win the Sweepstakes: employees and officers and directors of Sponsor, each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, suppliers, agents and retailers, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each. Void outside of 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted, and subject to all federal, state, and local laws, rules, or regulations. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrator’s and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Participants not abiding by these Official Rules may be disqualified.

F. General: Participants in the Sweepstakes assume, and Sponsor and/or its Administrator shall not be responsible for any risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, or misdirection of materials/mail/e-mail submitted to Sponsor. By entering, each participant agrees that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that Sponsor, and each of its respective Sweepstakes agencies, printers, suppliers of game materials, parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related travel and/or activities and further acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. As a condition of entering, participants agree that: (1) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; (2) the Sweepstakes will be administered in the State of Georgia, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Georgia, applying Georgia law; and (3) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees.

Released Parties are not responsible for typographical errors, security, technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or unreceived, late, or illegible mail, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by technical or human error, which may occur and/or which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or redeem prizes in the Sweepstakes or any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes that may corrupt or impair the administration, prize redemption, security, fairness, marketing purposes, or proper play of the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to attempts to hack into or otherwise tamper with underlying source code/programming of the Sweepstakes). By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor, and each of its respective designees may use winner's name, likeness, statement, photograph, and/or biographical information (including city and state of residence), in any medium now or hereafter devised worldwide without limitation, for advertising, Sweepstakes, and trade purposes without further consideration or compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law. Prizes are not transferable. No prize, cash, or other substitutions allowed except at sole discretion of the Sponsor or as otherwise provided herein. Fraudulent entries are not allowed.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) human error, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or any other causes corrupt or affect the Sweepstakes objectives, administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor will select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible if this Sweepstakes cannot be implemented or if the prizes cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, strikes, governmental action, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, or any other event not within the control of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any related website. Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve(s) the right, at its/their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its/their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or submitting entries in violation of these Official Rules.

H. Data Collection: All information submitted by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible at http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/sb/1/en/c/2/content/dec/cn/0/en/tc/pp.html. Personally identifiable information you provide within your registration for this Sweepstakes may be utilized by the Sponsor, through a series of emails designed to enhance and extend the subscriber relationship, and to enable subscribers to take maximum advantage of products and services the Sponsor thinks they would enjoy. At anytime you may opt out of receiving ongoing communications from the Sponsor.
