A stay takes five to seven days from the date of check-out to post on your Priority Club Rewards account. You can review this information online by logging into your account, or by contacting the Priority Club Rewards Service Centre. | | How can I log in to my account online?

You can earn both, but not at the same time unfortunately. Your Priority Club Rewards account must reflect either a point earning preference or a mileage earning preference at any one time. But you can switch from one to the other by clicking here.
NOTE: On rare occasions, there are Priority Club Rewards promotions that offer points only, so if you are a mileage earner you will earn points on these offers. This information will be clearly displayed in the promotion details. | | How do I register for Priority Club promotions?

Depending on the offer this can be done through the Offers Page, using the designated web address provided on the offer, or with the assistance of the Priority Club Rewards Service Centre. | | What do I have to do to redeem a HERTZ rental certificate?
It’s quite simple: | | - Contact the Priority Club Rewards Service Centre to redeem your Priority Club points for a certificate which will need to be presented at the time of rental you’ll also receive an “IT number” to give Hertz when reserving your car.
- Call Hertz and provide the “IT number” when checking availability and making a reservation – present your certificate at the time of check in at Hertz.
