| Return Policy: All returns due to incorrectly filled orders, or defective or damaged products should contact the Priority Club Rewards Service Center within 48 hours of receipt for return instructions. Priority Club Rewards Service Center may be reached at 1-888-211-9874.
All other returns will only be accepted within thirty (30) Business Days of receipt. All Product returns (except for returns of incorrect filled orders, defective products or damaged products) must be unopened with the original packaging intact (including manufacturer’s shrinkwrap) and otherwise in mint condition. No credit will be issued for any returned Product (except for returns of incorrect filled orders, defective products or damaged products) not in mint condition with the original packaging intact. Members must provide PCR with the following: (A) member’s account number, (B) title of the Product, (C) redemption order number, and (D) reason for return. Member will ship, at member’s expense, the product to designated return address on packing slip. The Blu-ray Disc(TM) Media/Format is not universally compatible and must be played on a Blu-ray player. |
