How do I register for Priority Club promotions?
Most promotions require advance registration. Depending on the offer this can be done through the Offers Page on the Internet, using the designated URL provided on the offer, or with the assistance of the Priority Club Rewards Service Center.

When can I expect to see my stay on my Priority Club Rewards account?
A stay takes five to seven days from the date of check-out to post on your Priority Club Rewards account. You can review this information online by logging into your account, or by contacting the Priority Club Rewards Service Center.

What is a Qualifying Rate?
A qualifying rate includes most business and leisure rates. For complete details click here and go to bullet number 11.

What is the difference between a stay and a night?
A “night” is considered one-night at any of our hotels. A “stay” can consist of any number of consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of frequency of check in/out.

How do I deposit point vouchers online?
Go to our Point Voucher redemption page and enter your Priority Club Rewards number and voucher number.

Can I earn points and miles at the same time?
Your Priority Club Rewards account must reflect either a point earning preference or a mileage earning preference but you can switch from one to the other at any time by clicking here. On rare occasions, there are Priority Club Rewards promotions that offer points only, so if you are a mileage earner you will earn points on these offers. This information will be clearly displayed in the promotion details.

Will I receive points on multiple rooms?
US and Canada: You will receive points for the room you occupy as well as all other rooms you pay for that have your Priority Club Rewards number attached, excluding InterContinental Hotels and Resorts.
Globally (excluding US and Canada): Credit is issued for the room that you physically occupy. For more details click here and go to bullet number 12.

What is the procedure to redeem for a HERTZ rental certificate?

1. Contact the Priority Club Rewards Service Center to receive an “IT number” to give Hertz when reserving a car.
2. Call Hertz and provide the “IT number” when checking availability and making a reservation.
3. Contact the Priority Club Rewards Service Center to redeem your Priority Club points for a certificate which will need to be presented at the time of rental.

Please allow 14 business days for delivery of certificates. Certificate will be required upon check in at Hertz. For full details on Hertz certificates, click here.

How can I purchase or transfer Priority Club Rewards points?

How can I add my Priority Club Rewards number to an existing reservation?
Simply view the existing reservation and click on the "Add A Priority Club Number" link near your name.

Which are the participating partner hotels in Japan and how much do I earn at these hotels?
