Where is my Card accepted?
The Card is accepted at more than 500,000 lodging establishments worldwide where American Express® Cards are welcome. Please review the terms and conditions prior to using your Card. Use a personal credit card to make a reservation and use your any hotel, anywhere Card toward payment at time of check-out.

How does the Card redemption value compare to redemptions for Reward Nights at IHG properties?
IHG properties remain the best value for Priority Club Rewards members to redeem their points, however, IHG properties cannot be everywhere. We want our members to know that we truly appreciate their business so we are now providing them with the ultimate freedom and flexibility in spending their points toward stays at virtually any hotel, regardless of brand affiliation.

How can I get the Any Hotel, Anywhere Card?
Priority Club Rewards members in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., European Euro-based countries, and Mexico can redeem their Priority Club points for the Card. Priority Club Rewards is the customer loyalty program of IHG, a lodging company with more than 3,700 hotels worldwide including such recognized brands as InterContinental®, Crowne Plaza®, Hotel Indigo®, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Staybridge Suites®, and Candlewood Suites®. What should I do if I encounter a problem at a participating establishment?
If you should ever encounter a problem at a participating lodging establishment inform the front desk agent to call the any hotel, anywhere Card Customer Service Center at the toll-free (or direct dial) number listed on the back of your Card for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Customer Service representative will be able to assist the establishment with any problems they encounter.

What should I expect when using the Card internationally?
When using the Card internationally, you will need to inform the front desk agent of the Card’s available funds, including its currency (U.S. dollars, Canadian dollars, Pounds sterling, or Euros). The agent will then convert the available funds on the Card into the local currency and deduct it from your total charges. You will be able to confirm your Card's point balance at www.priorityclub.com/anyhotel or by calling the number on the back of your Card. (1 Any Hotel, Anywhere Card point, depending on where your card was mailed, will equal either 1 US$, 1 CN$, £1 or 1 € in purchasing power.)

How do I check my available funds/points balance and transaction activity?
You may go to www.priorityclub.com/anyhotel, click the available funds/point balance link, then enter the Card number and security field information in the fields provided on the site. Or, you may call the toll-free (or direct dial) number listed on the back of the Card.

Can I use my Card at more than one hotel?
Yes, as long as you have a sufficient amount available on your Card.

How is my Card information secured?
Information submitted through the Card web site is protected by SSL technology, which encrypts or scrambles messages sent online. Please record your Card number and the toll-free and direct dial numbers listed on the back of your Card and keep this information in a separate location. In the event that your Card is lost or stolen, use this information to report the loss immediately to ensure the available funds and Card information will be secured.

What are the most important things to remember when using my Card?
▪ Be sure that the lodging establishment accepts American Express as a form of payment.
▪ Select American Express as the form of payment.
▪ Choose credit instead of debit (if it is an option).
▪ Know your Card balance that can be applied to your hotel stay.

Do Cards have an expiration date?
Yes, the expiration date is printed on the front of every Card. All points must be spent prior to the last day of the month of the valid thru (or valid until) date or they will be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

What if I want to charge a hotel stay that's more than my Card value?
You may typically supplement the purchase with cash, check, or credit card to pay for a stay that is more than the value on your Card. However, be sure to advise the clerk in advance of the available funds on your Card and that you wish to use a second form of payment to cover the difference.

Why do I need to know my Card’s available funds/point balance before I check-out of the hotel?
It is important that you know the available funds/point balance on your Card prior to beginning the check out process. This will help speed up your transaction and avoid receiving a decline at check-out.

Is my Card a credit card?
No. It is a stored-value card containing a specific number of points. Depending on where your card was mailed, one point is equivalent to US$1, CN$1, £1 or €1 in purchasing power. Unlike a credit card, there are no annual fees, interest charges, or credit checks. However, you can only spend the points available on your Card at the time you check-out of the hotel. You cannot increase the number of points on the Card.

Can Priority Club Rewards members send Cards as gifts?
Yes, as long as the recipient lives in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., a European Euro-based country, or Mexico, Priority Club Rewards members can specify a recipient when they redeem their Priority Club points for the Card.

Why does Priority Club Rewards allow its members to redeem their points for stays at hotels outside the Priority Club family of hotel brands?
Priority Club Rewards already gives its members incredible options for redeeming their points at our more than 3,700 IHG properties in nearly 100 countries. Even though IHG is the world’s largest hotel company, we cannot be everywhere. So now we want to give our members the ultimate in choice and flexibility, by allowing them to redeem their points toward stays at any hotel, regardless of brand affiliation. By rewarding our members with this freedom, we believe we’ll gain even greater loyalty and more repeat business from them.
