Bronze Four Course
Louisiana Style Crab cakes, mixed field greens with trimmings, Roasted Semi Boned Chicken Breast or Chicken Breast soaked in buttermilk and breaded with Italian Herb Crumbs. Served with wild rice pilaf or tri color orzo pasta. Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie.
Silver Four Course
Duck Tenders or Parmesan Encrusted Chicken Tenders. Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, grated parmesan cheese and creamy Ceasar Dressing. Gratin of Catfish Laffite or Braised Salmon Filet. White Chocolate Mousse or Coconut Cake. Warm rolls and whipped butter.
Gold Four Course
Jalapeno Bacon Wrapped Shrimp or Shrimp marinated in Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette. Fresh Spinach Salad with choice of trimmings, Mixed Grill of Petite Filet of Beef, Salmon and Chicken Breats. Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes or Twice Baked Potato.
