A: The WaterPark hours are as follows:
Sunday 10am – 8 pm
Monday – Thursday 11 am – 8 pm

Saturday 10 am – 9pm

A: Only one additional wristband can be purchased for $19 each.

A: Yes, based on availability. Admission costs are as follows for all ages:
Monday – Thursday $29.00 per person
Friday – Sunday $39.00 per person

Q: What are the main features of CoCo Key Water Resort?
A: The main features of CoCo Key Water Resort include:

• Three 40 foot tall body & raft slides
• Parrot’s Perch Play Island with water cannons, spray nozzles and a 300 gallon dump bucket
• Indoor Spa
• Dip – In Theatre

Q: Do the water slides and any special rides have posted height restrictions?
A: There is a 48” height requirement for each slide which is posted at each slide entrance.

Q: Are there appropriate activities for children of all ages?
A: For younger kids there is Parrot’s Perch Play Island – an interactive water attraction that offers a zero-depth entry pool.

Q: Are lifeguards present at CoCo Key Indoor Water Resort?
A: Yes, at all times.

Q: How large is the CoCo Key Indoor Water Resort facility?
A: The WaterPark is approximately 55,000 square feet in size.

Q: Are there food and beverage concessions in CoCo Key Water Resort?
A: Yes, you can purchase food and beverage at Pizza Hut Express, A&W and the Wet Rooster Bar.

Q: Can I bring my own food or beverages into CoCo Key Water Resort?
A: Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the WaterPark. All food and beverage must be consumed in the snack bar area.

Q: Are group rates available?
A: Yes, group rates are available for admission to just the WaterPark and for room rates with WaterPark admission, with and without catering. Please contact the hotel’s sales office for details.

Q: Are children in standard diapers permitted in CoCo Key Water Resort?
A: Children who are not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper when going into the water. Standard diapers are not permitted in the water.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Reservations are cancelable 72 hours in advance.

A: Yes

Q: Is CoCo Key Water Resort easily accessible from the hotel?
A: The Indoor WaterPark is accessible from both the first and third floors of the hotel. There is also a main entrance to the WaterPark that is separate from the main entrance of the hotel.

Q: Is there a pool separate from CoCo Key Water Resort just for swimming located at the hotel?
A: Yes, it is an indoor, heated pool located at the rear of the hotel.

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am.

Q: Will I have access to CoCo Key Indoor Water Resort on the day of check-in, but prior to my check-in time?
A: Yes, guests may have access to the WaterPark starting when the Park opens on the day of check-in.

Q: Will I have access to CoCo Key Indoor Water Resort on the day of check-out, after my check-out time?
A: Yes, guests will have access to the Water Park for the entire day of departure.

Q: Are non-water related activities available in the Waterpark?
A: The arcade is located on the 2nd floor of the WaterPark. Additionally, in the hotel we offer a state-of-the art fitness center, racquetball court, Jacuzzi.
