Q: What are the Holidome hours of operation?
A: The Holidome facility is open:
Sunday-Thursday 7:00 am-11:00 pm
Friday -Saturday 7:00 am-12:00 am

Note: Hours may change with seasons or holidays and can be subject to maintenance periods. Check with the hotel to confirm operating hours.

There are special hours for the Pirate Ship Water Feature/Slides which are as follows:
Sunday-Thursday: 8:00 am-12:00 pm; 1:00 pm-10:00 pm

Q: Is admission to the Holidome free?
A: Admission to the Holidome is included in all rates.

Q: Do I need a wristband for access to the Holidome?
A: Yes.

Q: Is access to the Holidome available to non-hotel guests?
A: Guests receive 4 wristbands per room booked. A guest may invite non-guests as long as it does not exceed the 4 band limit.

Q: What are the main features of the Holidome?
A: Features of the Holidome include:

• Caribbean themed indoor recreation area
• Shipwreck Bay Water Playland with replica pirate ship including:
• five water slides (two smaller slides, 2.5’, empty into a wading pool, three larger slides (two at 6’ & one at 4’) empty into a shallow (4’) swimming pool)
• two wading pools for younger children
• Whirlpool
• Other activities include table tennis, foosball, air hockey, billiards, video games and fitness center.
• Food and beverage options are nearby at the Pool Hut, through vending machines and via phone-in order service to the hotel’s coffee shop and restaurant. Domino’s pizza and wings are also available.

Q: Are there appropriate activities for children of all ages?
A: Yes, the Shipwreck Bay Water Playland with replica pirate ship is fun for the younger kids while the older kids will enjoy the water slides.
Note: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the Holidome.

Q: How large is the Holidome facility?
A: Approximately 13,000 square feet.

Q: Are food and beverage options available in the Holidome? What type?
A: Yes, ice cream, pizza, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are all available at the Pool Hut beverage center in the Holidome. There is also phone-in food and beverage service to the hotel’s coffee shop and restaurant, as well as vending machines.

Q: Can I bring my own food or beverages into the Holidome?
A: Snacks can be brought in; however, we do not allow hot foods or large amounts of food to be brought in.

Q: Are group rates available?
A: Yes, contact the hotel sales office.

Q: Are children in standard diapers permitted in the Holidome?
A: Children who are not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper when going into the water. Standard diapers are not permitted in the water.

Q: Are changing areas and locker facilities available?
A: No.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Reservations are cancelable until 6:00 pm local time on day of arrival.

Q: Is the Holidome easily accessible from the hotel?
A: Yes, the Holidome is inside the hotel.

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm local time.

Q: Will I have access to the Holidome on the day of check-in, but prior to my check-in time?
A: No, the hotel does not allow access to the Holidome prior to check-in.

Q: Will I have access to the Holidome on the day of check-out, after my check-out time?
A: No, the hotel does not allow access to the Holidome after check-out.

Q: Are there still business services available at hotels with a Holidome?
A: Yes, all Holiday Inn hotels are equipped to handle business needs. The Fargo Holiday Inn offers a business center, copy & fax services, complimentary airport shuttle, free high speed internet access, and a full range of presentation items for rent (data projection units, overheads, projectors, flip charts, dry erase boards, easels, etc.) among its business services.
