From Windsor, Ontario take 401 to Highway 403 east, to the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW). Follow Q.E.W. Niagara to Hwy. 420 into Niagara Falls. Take 420 East to Falls Avenue.
From Boston, MA take Massachusetts Turnpike west (I-90) to the New York State Thruway west (Berkshire Exit). Follow the New York State Thruway (this changes from the I-90 west to the I-87 north and re-connects to the I-90 west) to the I-190 west. Follow the QEW to Highway 420 East. Take 420 East to Falls Avenue.
From Chicago, IL take I-90 to the I-190 west. Exit at the Peace Bridge Border Crossing (Exit 9). Follow the QEW to Highway 420 East. Take 420 East to Falls Avenue.
From Cincinnati, OH take I-71 to the I-271 to the northeast. Follow the I-271 to I-90 east (North South Freeway turns to the New York State Thruway). Follow the I-90 to the I-190 west. Follow the QEW to Highway 420 East. Take 420 East to Falls Avenue.
From Cleveland, OH take I-90 east (New York State Thruway) to the I-190 west. Exit at the Peace Bridge Border Crossing (Exit 9). Follow the QEW to Highway 420 East. Take 420 East to Falls Avenue.
From Detroit, MI take Detroit-Windsor Tunnel to Highway 3B to the southeast to Highway 401 east. Exit Highway 401 at Highway 403 east. Follow to the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) to Highway 420 East. Take 420 East to Falls Avenue.
From New York City, NY take Holland Tunnel to SR 139 west to Raymond St. (US 1) to the east. Follow US 1 to the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95 to the north) to the I-280 (northwest) then take the I-80 west to the I-380 (northwest). From the I-380 take the I-81 to the north to the I-90 west (New York State Thruway). Follow the I-90 to the I-190 west. Exit at the Peace Bridge Border Crossing (Exit 9). Follow Q.E.W. Niagara to Hwy. 420 into Niagara Falls. Take 420 East to Falls Avenue
From Philadelphia, PA take I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway, traveling northwest. Connect to the I-476 and drive northwards. Connect to the I-81 North and follow until meeting the I-90 west. Take the I-90 west to the I-190 West. Exit at the Peace Bridge and cross into Canada. Follow the QEW to Highway 420 East to Falls Avenue.
From Pittsburgh, PA take 1-279 (US 19 - to the northwest) to the I-79 north to the I-90 (New York State Thruway - to the northeast). Follow I-90 to the I-190 west. Exit at the Peace Bridge Border Crossing (Exit 9) and this will take you to the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW). Follow Q.E.W. Niagara to Hwy. 420 into Niagara Falls. Take 420 East to Falls Avenue.
From Rochester, NY take Interstate 490 to the southwest to the I-90 west (New York State Thruway) to the I-190 west. Exit at the Peace Bridge Border Crossing (Exit 9) Follow Q.E.W. Niagara to Hwy. 420 into Niagara Falls. Take 420 East to Falls Avenue.
