H1N1 Flu Update

As always, our top priority at IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) is to ensure the health and well-being of our hotel guests and employees. To ensure hotels within our system are aware and kept apprised of current information regarding H1N1 flu, we have provided them with procedures and response plans to better educate them on viral influenza and the preventative measures they can take to help control the spread of this illness, as well as prepare them in case it is detected at their hotels.

IHG Cancellation Policy as of April 29
Cancellation fees will be waived for individuals with reservations at IHG brand hotels in Mexico through May 31, 2009. Requests for waivers of cancellation fees for group travel inbound to Mexico will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests for waivers of cancellation fees by individuals and groups outbound from Mexico to IHG brand hotels around the world will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
