IHG Travel Agent Commission Policy:

• Weekly payment of commission beginning in October 2006; a week is defined as Saturday through Friday.
• Nearly 3,600 participating hotels (commission percentage is based on the local customs and practices of the hotel’s country of residence)
• Guarantee applies to reservations booked through the following distribution channels: Global Distribution Systems (GDS), IHG Central Reservation Offices and the Internet
• Support and assistance provided for any unpaid commission inquiries
• Guarantee resolution of inquiries for reservation made through an approved channel and received within six months of the date of stay
