Each breakfast beyond the Continental provides enhancements such as fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits and a larger variety of juices.

Select from four exciting menus that include Baked Bintzes, scrambled eggs, belgian waffles and a variety of breakfast meats. Enhance your buffet with an omelet station, smoked salmon or hot oatmeal.

A selection of six different breakfast options served at the table are offered. Enjoy traditional scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage or include smoked salmon, eggs benedict or banana and hazelnut pancakes.

Afternoon Breaks
Refresh in the afternoon with our Stadium Break offering New York Style Pretzels, or choose our English High Tea break with assorted Finger Sandwiches. Regardless of your mood, we have ten creative breaks to choose from.

Dinner
Our menus provide a variety of selections for either a plated sit-down dinner or a buffet. Each option includes a four course meal including appetizer, salad, entree and dessert.

Buffet Luncheons
Our menus offer five different cold buffet options that range from a New York style deli buffet with a variety deli meats and salads to a tuscan deli buffet that includes an antipasti display and freshly baked focaccia and tuscan breads. All of our cold buffet lunches include dessert and assorted beverages.

Hot Buffet Luncheons
Enjoy a variety of hot buffet lunches to include the Southwestern Station, Tuscany Buffet and Far Eastern Buffet.

Plated Luncheon
Select from ten plated entrees, that range from Boneless Breast of Chicken to Petite Filet Mignon with WIld Mushroom Demi Glace. Each lunch includes a selection of appetizers, entree, dessert and assorted beverages.
